1. Pricing Overview

Muhammad Saeed uses a tiered subscription pricing model designed to serve developers and businesses at every stage of growth, from individual developers experimenting with our APIs to large enterprises running mission-critical production workloads. All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD).

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, VAT, and all applicable transaction taxes.


2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Starter Plan — Free

Price: $0 per month

Included:

  • 10,000 API calls per month
  • 2 projects
  • Community support (response via community forum, no guaranteed SLA)
  • Basic analytics dashboard (24-hour data retention)
  • RESTful API access
  • Standard rate limits (60 requests per minute)
  • Access to public SDKs (JavaScript, Python, Go)

Purpose: The Starter plan enables individual developers, students, and hobbyists to explore and evaluate our platform at no cost. It is also suitable for proof-of-concept projects and low-traffic personal applications.

Limitations: No GraphQL access, no custom domains, no team collaboration, no priority support, no advanced analytics.


2.2 Pro Plan — $99 per Month

Price: $99 per month (billed monthly) or $948 per year ($79 per month, billed annually — a 20% discount)

Free Trial: 14-day free trial with full Pro features, no credit card required to start.

Included:

  • 1,000,000 API calls per month
  • Unlimited projects
  • Priority support (email response within 4 business hours, chat during business hours)
  • Advanced analytics dashboard (90-day data retention, custom reports, export)
  • RESTful and GraphQL API access
  • Enhanced rate limits (600 requests per minute)
  • Access to all SDKs (JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, Ruby, PHP, Swift, Kotlin)
  • Custom domain support (up to 3 custom domains)
  • Team collaboration (up to 10 team seats)
  • Webhook management
  • Real-time streaming (WebSocket and SSE)
  • Edge caching (42 global locations)
  • 99.9% uptime SLA

Overage Rate: $0.50 per 1,000 API calls beyond the included 1,000,000 monthly allocation.

Purpose: The Pro plan is designed for professional developers, startups, and small-to-medium businesses running production applications. It provides the performance, reliability, and support needed for commercial workloads.


2.3 Enterprise Plan — Custom Pricing

Price: Custom, based on requirements. Minimum annual commitment applies.

Included (baseline, all customizable):

  • Unlimited API calls (no hard cap, fair use policy applies)
  • Unlimited projects and team seats
  • Dedicated support representative and dedicated Slack channel
  • Custom SLA (up to 99.999% uptime with financial penalties for non-compliance)
  • SSO and SAML integration
  • Advanced security features (IP allowlisting, mutual TLS, audit logging)
  • On-premise or private cloud deployment option
  • Custom integrations and API design consultation
  • Dedicated infrastructure (isolated compute and networking)
  • 365-day analytics data retention
  • Compliance certifications (SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA BAA available upon request)
  • Custom rate limits
  • Priority feature requests and roadmap input

Purpose: The Enterprise plan is for large organizations with demanding requirements for security, compliance, performance, and support. Each Enterprise agreement is tailored to the customer's specific needs.

3. Mobile Application Pricing

3.1 Mobile App Access

Our mobile applications (iOS and Android) are available as free downloads from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The mobile applications provide access to:

  • Account management and API key management
  • Real-time monitoring and usage dashboards
  • Push notifications for alerts and incidents
  • Basic API testing and debugging tools

3.2 Mobile Premium Features

Premium mobile features (advanced monitoring, offline mode, biometric API key access) are included with all paid subscription plans (Pro and Enterprise) at no additional charge. Starter plan users see a limited feature set within the mobile app.

3.3 Future Mobile Products

We may offer standalone mobile application products or one-time purchase features in the future. Pricing for such products will be published on our pricing page and in the respective app store listings before they become available.


4. Billing Details

4.1 Billing Cycles

  • Monthly: Charged on the same calendar date each month (or the last day of the month if the original date does not exist in the current month). Example: subscribed on January 31, next charge on February 28.
  • Annual: Charged on the anniversary of the subscription start date.

4.2 Payment Methods

Through Paddle, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise plans only, by arrangement)

4.3 Currency and Localized Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Paddle automatically handles currency conversion for international customers. The exact amount charged in your local currency may vary based on exchange rates and any additional fees imposed by your payment provider. Paddle displays the estimated local currency amount at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4.4 Taxes

Prices displayed on our pricing page are exclusive of tax. Paddle calculates and adds applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other transaction taxes at checkout based on your billing address and the tax regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

4.5 Invoices

Paddle generates and sends invoices for all transactions. Invoices are available through your Paddle customer portal and are also accessible through your Muhammad Saeed dashboard under the Billing section.


5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrading

You can upgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. When upgrading mid-billing-cycle:

  • Monthly to Monthly upgrade: You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new plan rate.
  • Starter to Pro: The 14-day free trial applies if you have not previously used a Pro trial.
  • Pro to Enterprise: Contact our sales team to arrange the transition.

5.2 Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain access to the higher-tier features until the end of the current billing period. When downgrading:

  • Pro to Starter: You will lose access to Pro features (GraphQL, custom domains, team seats, priority support) at the start of the next billing cycle. Any API usage above the Starter tier limits will be restricted.
  • Enterprise to Pro: Governed by the terms of your enterprise agreement. Contact your account manager.

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing period (see our Refund Policy for full details). After cancellation, your account reverts to the Starter plan with its associated limits.


6. Usage Monitoring and Overage

6.1 Real-Time Usage Tracking

Your current API call count and remaining allocation are visible at all times in your dashboard and via the mobile app. We provide real-time usage data with no more than a 5-minute delay.

6.2 Usage Alerts

We automatically send email and in-app notifications when your usage reaches:

  • 50% of your monthly allocation
  • 80% of your monthly allocation
  • 100% of your monthly allocation (overage begins)

6.3 Overage Billing

When your usage exceeds your plan allocation, additional API calls are billed at the overage rate of $0.50 per 1,000 calls for Pro plan users. Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing cycle and included on your next invoice. Enterprise customers have custom overage terms as specified in their agreement.

6.4 Hard Limits (Optional)

Pro and Enterprise customers can set optional hard limits on their usage through the dashboard. When a hard limit is enabled and reached, additional API calls are rejected with a 429 (Too Many Requests) response rather than incurring overage charges. This feature is off by default.


7. Discounts and Special Programs

7.1 Annual Billing Discount

Customers who choose annual billing receive a twenty percent (20%) discount compared to the monthly rate:

  • Pro Annual: $948/year ($79/month equivalent) vs. $99/month ($1,188/year)

7.2 Startup Program

Early-stage startups (less than $5M in total funding, less than 50 employees) may apply for our Startup Program, which provides Pro plan access at a fifty percent (50%) discounted rate for the first twelve (12) months. Apply at https://msaeed.dev/startups.

7.3 Education and Non-Profit Discount

Verified educational institutions and registered non-profit organizations are eligible for a permanent thirty percent (30%) discount on Pro plans. Apply at https://msaeed.dev/education.

7.4 Promotional Offers

We may occasionally offer limited-time promotional discounts. Promotional terms and conditions will be clearly stated with each offer. Promotional pricing applies for the stated duration and reverts to standard pricing upon expiration unless otherwise specified.


8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of a plan you are currently subscribed to:

  • We will provide at least sixty (60) days advance notice via email before the new pricing takes effect.
  • The new pricing will apply at your next billing cycle renewal after the 60-day notice period.
  • If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect without penalty.
  • Annual subscribers are locked in at their current rate for the remainder of their annual term, regardless of price changes.
