Refund Policy

All products offered by Muhammad Saeed are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the inherent challenges of digital product returns.

You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date if:

• The product does not function as described in the product listing.
• You experience a critical technical issue that prevents the product from operating on your supported device or platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Products that have been downloaded, installed, and used beyond the 14-day refund period.
• Products where the user has violated the Terms of Service.
• Subscription services after the current billing period has ended.
• Products purchased during promotional sales or offered at a discounted price, unless the product is defective.
• Change of mind or "buyer's remorse" after the 14-day period.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hello@msaeed.dev with the subject line "Refund Request — [Product Name]."
2. Include your purchase confirmation or receipt number.
3. Describe the reason for your refund request in detail.
4. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages that support your request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a determination.

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
