TunerPro Terms of Service

TunerPro is released under the MIT open-source license. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

The full MIT License text is included with the application source code and is available on the project's GitHub repository.

IMPORTANT: TunerPro is a tool for modifying engine control unit (ECU) parameters. Incorrect tuning can result in:

• Engine damage, including catastrophic failure
• Increased emissions beyond legal limits
• Unsafe vehicle operation
• Voided vehicle warranties

You assume all responsibility for any modifications made to your ECU using TunerPro. Muhammad Saeed is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of this software. Always tune in a safe, controlled environment with appropriate safety equipment.

TunerPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers make no guarantees about the accuracy of tuning results, compatibility with specific ECU hardware configurations, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Commercial use of TunerPro is permitted under the MIT License. You may use TunerPro in a professional tuning shop or commercial environment without additional licensing. Attribution to the original project is appreciated but not legally required beyond the MIT License terms.
