ProCam Terms of Service

ProCam is licensed as a commercial, single-user, non-transferable license. Your purchase grants you the right to install and use ProCam on one (1) Android device that you own or control.

You may not redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on ProCam without prior written permission from Muhammad Saeed.

You agree to use ProCam only for legal recording purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding recording, including but not limited to:

• Consent laws for audio and video recording in your jurisdiction
• Privacy laws regarding recording individuals without their knowledge
• Restrictions on recording in certain locations (courtrooms, military bases, etc.)

ProCam is designed for Android devices with Camera2 API support. Due to the wide variety of Android hardware, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with every Android device, camera sensor, or Android version.

We test ProCam on a representative range of devices but make no warranty that all features will function identically across all hardware configurations.
